Vegetarian Menu

  • Mozzarella cheese and tomato pie in Lecce style
  • Savory pretzels with fennel
  • Pureed white broad beans and wild catalogna chicory with slices of fried bread and peppers
  • Corso di cucina salentina
  • Home-made fresh pasta with a fresh tomato sauce and strongly flavoured mature ricotta cheese
  • Almonds paste sweets
  • The lesson's duration is 3 hours, including final lunch with matching wines from Salento.
  • The lesson is practical with the involvement of people attending.
  • The dossier with recipes is provided in Italian and English (also available in German and Japanese).
  • Apron, hat and certificate of participation is available with an extra charge of € 10 per person.
  • Rates are:

    • € 90 p.p. for 6 people
    • € 70 p.p. for 8 people

    Rate for a different number of people can be requested. The menus may be modified according to your needs.
