mozzarella, cheese, homemade honey, compotes and jams;

selection of local salami and cold cuts;

choice of pate, balsamic vinegar and vincotto in delicious combinations;

bread just made in a wood-fired oven (using olive trees wood);

2 traditional local dishes, (parmigiana o tajeddrha and meatballs)

traditional dessert.
