Villa Fina is a lovely two-storey villa, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay away from the city.

Located between the Adriatic Sea and Varano Lake, the villa is a haven of peace surrounded by a large garden and with direct access to the beach.

The main entrance overlooks the town square, Piazza del Porto.

The house offers two living rooms tastefully furnished with traditional objects, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Outside you will unwind in the garden or on the terraces where you can admire the view over the sea. The parking area fits up to 3 cars.

The upper floor also offers a sofa bed for 2.

Weekly rate per person (from Saturday to Saturday)

Minimum rent: 3 rooms

August: €300 pp

September: €250 pp

Rates include linens, water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning.

Please note towels are not provided.
