The “Filanda” is a building that is set in the spectacular complex of the Masseria Fortificata Spina
(XIXVIII sec.). It offers 5 comfortable beds arranged in two levels. It’s carachterized by full
autonomy from the rest of the complex, both for outdoor spaces that indoor ones.It is interesting to
note that the “Filanda” is part of the described complex and that the twostorey building were used
for the silk manufacture; it is also known that Charles III of Bourbon, in the second half of the
eighteenth century in Caserta, bought the Casino of San Leucio and transformed it into an avant
garde “regiafilanda”. Cultivation of mulberry trees and bachicolture were incentivized, building
up the full cycle of construction of the silky object.

The “Filanda” is spread over an area of about 80 square meters and it is composed as follows:

• Outside area furnished and equipped with taste

The First Floor
• One double bedroom and one bedroom with a single bed with balcony.
• A second bathroom with a shower

The “Fico” takes its name from the spectacular centuriesold tree in front of a large window that
overlooks the living area and the open space kitchen. The apartment completely indipendent from
the rest of the complex as it has its own outdoor area and an independent entrance. The “Fico” is
developed in an area of about 150 square meters on two levels and is composed as follows:

The "Nido" one fascinating panoramic apartment in the complex of Masseria Fortificata Spina (XIXVIII sec.).
The building, entirely renovated with ancient and valuable rifiniture, is developed in the central
part of the Masseria, with an area of about 85 square meters and is composed as follows:
• A large living area with dining table, sofa bed
• A large double bedroom
• A second double bedroom with large bathroom and a covered balcony with sea view
• A bath tub with a beautiful copper bill of 1700
• A very well equipped and particular kitchen area with sink and worktops made with handcrafted stone.

The apartment is suitable for couples and small families looking for a particular and authentic
place, in a beautiful Masseria Fortificata and in a rustic and very charming context.

The residence "La Masseria" is located in the central part of the splendid monumental complex of the fortified farm Plug ( XI- XVIII c.) Offers 6 comfortable berths in 3 different environments. The farm originally appeared on a square plan , is spread over three floors the first entry should be facing Plug Small , was accessed by double-height portico with three arches stretched located on the corner north.

The farm grows in the area of 200 sqm on one level and comprises:
Large living room with two single beds;
Two large double bedrooms ;
A dining room with TV ;
Two bathrooms ;
Balcony and patio ;

Cancellation Policy
If the customer cancels the deposit will be refunded only if good cause.
If the client cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not exploited are not refundable
In case of no-show, the customer pays 100% of the reservation.
If the client arrives and decides to leave before the end of the reservation, the nights not spent in the accommodation are not refundable.
