The tour starts with a short walk through the centuries-old olive groves where you will able to see and discover the characteristics olive trees and theirs fruits. Going along, you will visit the olive mill to see all the phase of the transformation process. In addition, you will take part to a specific olive oil tasting session and learning all the organoleptic characteristics of the best extra virgin olive oils .

The visit will finish with a tasting of homemade local products.
