The resort is composed by 308 rooms in a main building, available as Classic, double Classic (max 2 pax + cot), triple Classic (max 3 pax + cot), triple with extra bed Classic (max 2 adults + 2 chd 3/11,99, cot not possible) Family and Superior rooms.

Classic Family Rooms are two interconnecting triple rooms (min 4/max 6 persons, cot up to max occupancy) on the ground floor and with internal view.
All rooms provide shower, air conditioning, direct telephone line, hair dryer, TV, mini-bar (on request, at charge) and safe; most of them have also a patio or a small terrace equipped with chairs and table.

Smart rooms (min. 1/max 3 pax, no space for cot) with no balcony or private patio at special discount.

Superior Double rooms (min. 2, max 2 pax + cot) completely refurbished, all located to the upper floor and on the sea SIDE. The rooms are equipped with tv flat 32”.
They offer a wide range of added services included:

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Gli Ulivi main restaurant with brand-new buffet and grill area. Mediterranean cuisine with a range of local and regional dishes, biological products and care for food intolerance in choosing buffet and basic gluten free products (bread, pasta, cookies and biscuits, cakes). Various themed dinners.
Chiringuito restaurant on the beach open at lunch with light buffet, pizzas and grill area (upon reservation, open according to the
Management’s decision, with an extra charge per person/per day, to be paid on the spot, selection of beverages included).
Osteria Salentina (buffet) with traditional dishes and a selection of local wine on payment open at dinner upon the Manager’s decision, all beverages at charge. Upon reservation, on the spot.
Pizzeria on the veranda restaurant (open at dinner upon the Manager’s decision; drinks on payment). Kids restaurant for children.
La Terrazza Pool bar and Chiringuito snack bar on the beach.
Half board: buffet breakfast (international) and dinner with soft drinks, water and house wine (from dispenser) during meals.
All inclusive: buffet breakfast (international), lunch and dinner with soft drinks, mineral water, house wine (from dispenser), beer during meals. Salty snack corners twice a day. Open bar (from 10 a.m. to 24 p.m.) with soft drinks, mineral water, juices, beer, wine, tea, coffee, local liqueurs (excluded international brands, ice creams and all beverages in bottles).

ANIMATION TEAM: ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS

A well-experienced staff of artists and sports professionals together with the animation team organizes a wide range of games, tournaments (beach volley, beach tennis, bowls, football, 5-a-side football, table tennis) or group lessons (archery, tennis, windsurf, canoe, aqua gym, Outdoor Fitness, Yoga, step). Other sports activities during the day: spin bike and street basket. Table football (at charge). In the evening various performances (cabaret, musicals, dance evening etc.) and/or piano bar.
Special Sports Sections – Included in your package:
• Tennis: 5 floodlit tennis courts, 1 tennis wall; the tennis school proposes group lessons led by FIT Professionals for adults and children with the best equipment and facilities for tennis lovers. Beginners and advanced will be able to enjoy the sport in the best possible conditions. Quality teaching by instructor trained in their discipline, to introduce beginners to the tennis or experienced players to perfect their technique.

• Football: 1 football pitch and 1 5-a-side football pitch; training equipment; weekly Football camps led by Professionals. Beginners and advanced will be able to enjoy the sport in the best possible conditions.
